The FlameTree Family Camp is one of the highlights of our year!
A church camp like you probably haven’t experienced it before...
A family camp - not just for families, but for all generations - to come and connect with one another, share meals together, and spend the weekend enjoying the beautiful surroundings of QCCC Mapleton.

The FlameTree Family Camp is for people who call FlameTree Church home.
The cost of camp covers access to the property, accomodation, all food for the weekend and camp activities.
Registrations for FlameTree Family Camp 2026 have now closed.

Last year, we moved campgrounds from QCCC Noosa to QCCC Mapleton.
We are so thankful for the opportunity to stay at QCCC Mapleton again this year! They have a beautiful site with great amenities, however in changing campgrounds, we have lost the variety of accommodation options that only QCCC Noosa has to offer.
Despite no longer being able to offer camping as an accommodation option, we are still committed to providing an awesome camp experience for everyone who attends FlameTree Family Camp 2026.
QCCC Mapleton offers onsite dorm accomodation. With rooms of different sizes, some rooms featuring an ensuite and some with a bathroom block attached. All onsite accommodation is a flat rate and not affected by your room assignment.
Please note: If you are registering for onsite accomodation and your group does not meet the full accommodation capacity for the rooms available, there is a chance that you will be placed in a room with other people so we can ensure that we are able to make space for everyone who would like to attend camp. [For example: There is a limited number of 2 bedroom dorms, so if you are a couple and you book to stay onsite, we may need to place you in a bigger room with another couple if we reach capacity.]
When you register, you will have the opportunity to let us know if there is anyone specific you would like to room with. If you don’t specify, that’s okay! We will always check in with you before assigning you to a room with someone.
Unfortunately QCCC Mapleton does not currently allow onsite camping.
However, Mapleton Caravan Park is directly across the road to QCCC Mapleton. If you would prefer to camp instead of stay onsite in a dorm, you can register for FlameTree Family Camp as a day visitor for the full weekend and then arrange your own booking with the Mapleton Caravan Park. If you choose to do this, all of your meals and activities would be provided at QCCC, you would just sleep at the Caravan Park.

At camp, our goal is to create opportunities for you to be as involved & engaged as you’d like to be, and that looks different for everyone!

The price of camp is per person, and includes everything you will need for the full weekend. Accommodation, food (5 meals total, plus morning & afternoon tea, and suppers) and activity costs.
We understand that the cost of living is high for some right now, and we have done what we can to reduce and subsidise the cost of camp for adults and children.
However, if the cost is still too high for you, please just make yourself known to our leadership team and we can find a solution that works for you! We believe that anyone who wants to come to camp should be able to, and we are so happy to work with you to make sure you can come along too.
In saying that, if you are in a place where you are happy to pay the un-subsidised cost of $150 per person, please make note of this when you register.
Additionally, if you would like to help other families attend camp, please contact the FlameTree office directly.
